Privacy Policy — Pasticlock

The controller of personal data that may be processed in connection with Pasticlock is VK Solutions (vksolutions.com.mx), with electronic contact at soporte@vksolutions.com.mx, in the United Mexican States (Mexico).

Pasticlock is an organization and reminder tool for medications and appointments. This policy applies to the app and to support communications associated with the product.

In Pasticlock v1, the core product information is stored locally on the user's device. Local data may include:

Profile and reminder data are provided directly by the user when using the app.

Certain technical or purchase-status data may be handled through the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Google), and in-app purchase intermediaries on the client (for example, to verify or restore purchases). VK Solutions does not receive or store the user's payment card data.

If the user emails soporte@vksolutions.com.mx, the data included in that communication (for example, email address and message content) will be processed.

Local data is used to provide app features: show the profile, schedule and display reminders, send local notifications, and apply preferences (language, sound, theme).

Purchase-related data is used to process, verify, and restore Premium purchases or subscriptions through the stores.

Data sent to support is used to respond to inquiries and follow up on the case.

Pasticlock v1 has no user account, login, or cloud sync of reminder history to a VK Solutions backend.

In the documented version, the profile and reminders are stored on the device (local storage, including SQLite). If you uninstall the app or clear its data, that local information may be deleted according to the operating system behavior.

VK Solutions applies reasonable security measures in the product design. No system is absolutely secure; users also help by protecting device access (screen lock, system updates, etc.).

Pasticlock offers Premium features via in-app purchases through the App Store and Google Play. Payment processing is handled by Apple or Google, depending on the platform, under their own terms and policies.

VK Solutions does not see or store payment card data. The app may use the internet for purchases and subscription verification or to restore purchases. Internet use in v1 does not mean there is a Pasticlock account or cloud sync of medication/appointment history to a VK Solutions server.

Depending on the operating system and the features you enable, Pasticlock may request or use permissions such as:

VK Solutions does not sell Pasticlock data.

Third parties necessary for purchases and app distribution may be involved (Apple, Google and, where applicable, in-app purchase intermediaries on the client). Those parties process data under their own policies.

In Pasticlock v1 no advertising tracking is declared (NSPrivacyTracking = false) and no advertising-related data types are collected in the iOS Privacy Manifest. This version does not describe in-app advertising or proprietary marketing analytics.

When you use the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google may process purchase or store-account information under their policies, which may involve processing outside Mexico. That happens within those platforms, not because Pasticlock v1 syncs your reminders to a VK Solutions backend.

Local data remains on the device while the user keeps the app and does not delete that data. You can delete reminders from the app itself, and you can remove local information by uninstalling the app or clearing app data from the system.

Messages sent to soporte@vksolutions.com.mx will be retained as needed to handle the inquiry and comply with applicable legal obligations.

For data stored only on your device, you can access, correct, or delete it directly from the app or by deleting the data/uninstalling the application.

For personal data that VK Solutions processes outside the device (for example, the content of an email sent to support), you may exercise access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (ARCO) rights and other applicable rights under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and related regulations by contacting soporte@vksolutions.com.mx.

You may also file a complaint with Mexico's National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI), where applicable.

Pasticlock may be used on a device with a local profile. If a minor uses the app, they must do so with parental or guardian supervision and authorization; those adults are responsible for the information registered and for device use.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the product, the law, or our practices. The current version will be published at https://vksolutions.com.mx with its effective date. Continued use of the app after changes are published implies awareness of the updated policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
